Kinshi Goods operates https://kinshigoods.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can access or correct it.

What we collect
When you place an order
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your shipping address and billing address
- Your phone number, if you provide one for delivery
- What you ordered, and the order value
- Your IP address and browser information, collected automatically

Your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
When you subscribe to our email list
Your email address, and a record of when and how you subscribed.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, and card details are entered directly with them. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the last four digits and card type.
Why we collect it
To take payment, print and ship your order, send you order and delivery updates, answer your questions, handle returns and warranty claims, meet our tax and record-keeping obligations, and, if you have opted in, send you marketing emails.
Who we share it with, and where they are
To ship you a physical product we have to pass your details to other companies. Some of them are outside Australia.
Our print and fulfilment provider Printful receives your name, shipping address, email address, and order contents so they can print and post your order. They operate facilities in several countries and your order may be produced in any of them, including outside Australia.
Our payment providers Stripe receive your payment and billing details directly. They are subject to their own privacy policies.
Shipping carriers receive your name and delivery address, plus your email or phone number for delivery notifications.
Our email provider Titan stores your email address if you have subscribed to marketing.
Our website host stores the site and its database.
By ordering from us, you consent to your information being disclosed to these providers, including where they are located overseas. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers, but we cannot control how overseas recipients handle information under the laws of their own countries.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails if you have opted in. Every one includes an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribes promptly. Order confirmations, shipping notices and support replies are not marketing, and you will still receive those when you buy something.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working between pages and to remember your session while you check out. These are necessary for the shop to function.
If we add analytics or advertising cookies later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for at least five years after the transaction, because Australian tax law requires it. We keep email subscriber records until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for two years.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict admin access, and choose providers who handle payment data to recognised standards. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your information where we are not required to keep it, or stop sending you marketing.
Email sales@kinshigoods.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first.
If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you also have rights under the UK GDPR or EU GDPR, including the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract for orders, consent for marketing, and legal obligation for tax records.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, email sales@kinshigoods.com with the details. We will investigate and respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell subscribers by email.
